At SHILAJ, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible—because wellness shouldn’t wait. 

🇺🇸 Made in and Shipped from the USA 

All of our products are proudly made in the USA in FDA-compliant, GMP-certified facilities. We ship same or next business day, excluding weekends and holidays—except in the case of pre-orders. 

📦 Shipping Availability 

We currently ship to all USA and Canada Locations.  International orders are open to certain countries, unfortunately shipping costs for now are higher than we would like it to be.

🚀 Delivery Time 

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and selected shipping method. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we do our best to meet expectations.  If you are in Florida, don't be surprised if you receive your product the next day.  California customers may have to wait a few days.

  
 Please note: Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. 

  • Standard Shipping: 1-6 Business days 

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout 

 

🔁 Pre-Orders 

Due to overwhelming demand, some SKUs may be temporarily sold out. 
 Pre-orders ship as soon as stock is replenished. 

 

🔍 Tracking Information 

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. 

 

⚠️ Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items 

If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you with an updated delivery estimate or offer alternate options. 

 

🛡️ Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim. We’ll make it right.  Packages stolen after delivery, we unfortunately cannot cover, but you do have an option to ask us for Signature Delivery only.
