At SHILAJ, we understand that plans change—and we do our best to accommodate. 

🧾 Regular Orders 

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the cancellation request is received before your order is processed at our warehouse. 

Once the order has been processed and accepted by the warehouse, cancellation is no longer guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to intercept it if possible. Please email us immediately at support@shilaj.com with your order number. 

📦 Pre-Orders 

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. 
After 24 hours, cancellations will only be eligible for store credit.
